Responsibilities

• Provide a range of spa treatments and therapies to clients, including massages, facials, body wraps, and body scrubs.
• Assess client’s needs and preferences to customize treatments and ensure a personalized spa experience.
• Maintain a clean and serene spa environment, ensuring all treatment rooms and equipment are sanitized.
• Educate clients on the benefits of various spa therapies and aftercare routines.
• Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring clients’ comfort and satisfaction throughout their spa visits.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest spa techniques, products, and trends in the industry. Requirements  
• Proven experience as a professional spa therapist.
• Proficiency in a variety of spa therapies, such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, aromatherapy, and facials.
• In-depth knowledge of skincare products and their applications.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.  
• Ability to create a relaxing and soothing atmosphere for clients.
• Excellent communication and listening skills to understand client’s needs
