Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Grant and Proposal Development:
- Research and identify grant opportunities from government agencies, foundations, and other funding sources.
- Collaborate with program teams to understand project requirements and develop targeted grant proposals.
- Write clear, persuasive, and compelling grant proposals, ensuring alignment with funding organizations’ criteria.
Budgeting and Financial Documentation:
- Prepare detailed budgets and financial documentation to support grant proposals.
- Ensure accurate and transparent financial reporting in grant applications.
Grant Application Management:
- Manage the end-to-end grant application process, including submission, follow-ups, and reporting requirements.
- Monitor and meet grant application deadlines.
Partnership and Donor Relations:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with funding organizations, donors, and partners.
- Identify and engage potential donors to secure funding opportunities.
Market Research and Trend Analysis:
