Job Summary

• As a Sourcing Associate, you’ll drive the Vendease growth engine by building relationships with prospective clients and vendors turning them into happy customers and partners,
• You’ll actively prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on our products and services.
• As Sourcing Associate you will provide support in the implementation of Buyout Commodity Sourcing programs like Best Cost Country Sourcing, Cost Containment, Cost Reductions, e-Sourcing events and others.

Responsibilities

• Manage and build relationships with key rice manufacturers and distributors across nigeria
• Build a strong logistics relationship with truck hauling partners to fulfill supply
• demands across the country
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to build demand supply plan week-on-week
• Review and file vendor contracts
• Track delivery shipments from manufacturer to delivery location

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field preferred.
• 3 – 4 years of experience in supply chain and order management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience in an FMCG or e-commerce environment.
