About the role:

• The Treasury analyst/Tax accountant will work on the analysis of all accounts, which includes the proper reconciliation of vendor and customer accounts.
• You will also be responsible for organizing and filing the Company’s taxes correctly.

Duties

• Reconcile supplier’s accounts/balances
• Cross-check all invoices posted by the accounts department
• Post bank transactions (Naira & domiciliary) & prepare monthly Bank & cash reconciliation
• Prepare monthly Fixed costs report and accounts analysis
• Recommend tax strategies that align with business goals
• Complete quarterly and annual tax reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting, Finance or any other related field
• 5-7 years of working experience as a Treasury Analyst/Tax Accountant
• Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
• Familiarity with the Odoo and Sage software
• Good knowledge of the tax laws of Nigeria and ability to relate with tax officers
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
