Human Resources Associate.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Improving relations between staff and employers.
- Planning and executing recruitment plans.
- Assist in the development of performance management program and take initiative to ensure motivation and retaining of poorly performing employees.
- Assist in talent management by involving in promotion and selection.
- Work with departmental management to ensure HR strategies are aligned with departmental objectives.
- Provide professional advice when needed.
- Implement strategies to help improve the department.
- Identify issues departments encounter.
- Engaging with heads of department.
- Updating employee records.
- Overseeing employee relations.
- Advising line managers and departmental managers of employment law.
- Assist in implementing disciplinary procedures.
- Preparing job descriptions, publishing job adverts.
- Enforcing company policies and procedures.
- On boarding new starters/new staff inductions.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s with 3+ years of experience in relevant roles ideally in a fast-paced, hyper-growth global tech environment.
- Degree in Human resources or any related discipline
- Strong leadership skills.
- Good communication skill.
- Knowledge of country employment-related laws and statutory requirements, compliance, and policies.
- Proficient knowledge of MS office.
- Attention to detail.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Computer savvy.
