Key Responsibilities:
Lease and Contract Management:
- Negotiate and manage commercial leases and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Review and analyze lease terms and conditions to optimize financial outcomes.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Analyze competitors and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor changes in the real estate market and adjust strategies accordingly.
Revenue Optimization:
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue from commercial properties.
- Identify opportunities for rent increases, lease renewals, and new business development.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to attract and retain tenants.
Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage budgets related to commercial properties.
- Monitor financial performance and report on variances.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high-quality services.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders.
- Address tenant concerns and issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Negotiation and Deal Structuring:
