Personal Driver
General Key Responsibilities
The Personal Driver / Valet is required to do the following
- Responsible for picking the CEO and dropping off at the exact location within the time frame given.
- Provide transportation as at when needed
- Responsible for the maintenance of all the vehicles being used
- Map out the best route needed to be taken to avoid traffic congestions
- Ensures the immediate repair of any damage done to the car.
- Ensures that car documents are up to date.
- Ensures that the cars are thoroughly clean both inside and outside.
- Ensuring that all vehicles are serviced at the due day and time.
- Assist with loading of items into the vehicle
- Carry out all sorts of delivery
- Comply with road signs
- Adjusting travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction.
- Promptly informing the boss of any fuel or maintenance issues during work hours.
- Ensuring that vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing.
- Keeping the vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance.
- Ensure the vehicle is fueled as at when due.
- Submit car key after close of work to the chairman.
- Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage.
Prerequisites.
- SSCE / OND / HND is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Clean driving record.
- Sound knowledge of road safety regulations.
- Working knowledge of local roads and routes.
- The ability to utilize maps, GPS systems, and car manuals.
- Effective communication skills.
- Punctual and reliable. Experience:
