Job Title: General Manager

About the Role
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead operations at our 19-litre bottled water production facility in Ikeja.
- This is a critical leadership role that requires deep operational knowledge, people management skills, and a passion for excellence in the FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of daily plant operations, including production, maintenance, staffing, logistics, and quality control.
- Develop and manage budgets, cost control strategies, and resource planning.
- Supervise and mentor staff across production, admin, and sales functions.
- Ensure production targets (1,000 bottles/day) are met efficiently and safely.
- Oversee regulatory compliance (NAFDAC, SON) and maintain high product quality standards.
- Report directly to the Board and drive the overall growth of the business.
Requirements
- HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Business Admin or related field.
- Strong knowledge of production systems, quality management, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Experience launching or managing startups is an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years’ leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably in water / beverage / FMCG.
