Principal Duties / Responsibilities 

Operational Responsibilities:

• Responding to inquiries and providing information to clients.
• Registering clients efficiently and accurately.
• Offering support and chaperoning clients during consultations with medical professionals.
• Managing the discharge process for clients, ensuring their needs are met.
• Dispensing medications to clients with clear instructions and maintaining accurate drug inventory.
• Conducting daily follow-up calls with registered and phone-in clients to assess their well-being.
• Assisting in surgical procedures and scans, maintaining a sterile and organized environment.
• Collecting blood samples from patients for diagnostic purposes.
• Discussing billing details with clients and ensuring the issuance of receipts.
• Supervising and providing guidance to subordinate staff.
• Delivering informative presentations on IVF (In Vitro Fertilization) and infertility awareness.

Strategic Responsibilities:

• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to achieve collective objectives while upholding discipline and maintaining high ethical and professional standards.

Job Requirements

To be successful in the role, the candidates should meet the following requirements:

Educational Qualification:

• Possess a University Degree with Upper 2nd Class Honors or an equivalent qualification.

Professional Minimum Qualification:

• Registered Nurse or Midwife with the necessary credentials.

Work Experience:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a role related to care provision and service delivery.

Technical Competencies:

• Proficiency in computer skills to manage patient records and relevant data.
• Experience in operating within a theatre setting, ensuring patient safety and surgical readiness.
• Strong record-keeping and report-writing skills for accurate documentation.

Managerial Competencies:

• Proactive and alert in handling healthcare situations and making critical decisions.
