Job Description

• Cleans all areas of lavatories and locker rooms, such as sinks, urinals, toilets, showers, shower walls and drains, locker room common areas
• Moves furniture and equipment in connection with cleaning activities
• Wears appropriate protective clothing, and other specialized protective equipment to align with the assigned cleaning assignments
• May be assigned to remove snow
• May be assigned to laboratories, clean rooms, operating rooms, and other hospital settings that require a high degree of cleanliness and disinfectant processes that must be followed
• Partake in multiple cleaning duties such as mopping, dusting, vacuuming, empting waste and washroom hygiene
• Clean various department working areas and equipment
• Remove chips and other waste from machines and deliver to proper waste bins
• Clean machines, fixtures, stock and pans
• Maintain and replace coolants in machines when applicable

Qualifications / Competencies

• Previous knowledge of factory and office cleaning techniques and use of associated equipment would be an advantage, although not essential as full training will be given.
• Preferably stays in a location close to the office.

Job Description

• Take beverage orders from guests and servers.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the Restaurant’s standard drink recipes.
• Learns the names and personally recognize our regulars.
• Record drink orders accurately and immediately after receipt into the register system
• Accept guest payment, process credit card charges and make change (if applicable).
• Wash and sterilize glassware.
• Prepare garnishes for drinks and replenish snacks, appetizers for bar patrons.
• Maintains bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotion of beverages.
• Clear and reset tables in bar area.

Qualifications and Competencies

• Flexibility in availability
• Previous bar experience (preferred)
• Stronge communication skills, both verbal and written.
