Facility Technician at Invent Alliance Limited – Apply Now

We are currently recruiting for a General technician to join our Facility Team. you will be required to attend to the following functions and more;

• Performs monthly facility maintenance and life safety audits
• Respond to building and equipment alarms and emergency situations
• Performs all the preventive maintenance work necessary to keep the equipment and machinery running according to standards
• Maintain overall facility and associated facility equipment
• Understand and oversee the operation of the facility’s HVAC System, initiate maintenance and repair work and participate in fundamental repairs
• Support and direct the work of facility and equipment contractors.
• Must be able to take and keep records.
• Must be able to work night shift and weekends.

Requirement

• Must have over 1 year of experience in the role.
• Must have an educational background to the related field (Technician)
• Must be able to communicate well.
• Be able to read and write.
• Must reside around Lekki-Ajah axis.
