Inventory Manager

We are looking to hire an experienced Inventory Manager for our client, a luxury fashion brand in Lagos.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee inventory planning and allocation processes to maintain optimal stock levels across all product categories, considering seasonality, trends, and sales forecasts.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory data, reconciling any discrepancies and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Coordinate with designers and logistics partners to manage inbound and outbound shipments, streamline replenishment processes, and minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
  • Oversee the order fulfillment process, including order processing, packaging, and shipping, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer orders.  
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and returns related to online purchases promptly and professionally, striving to uphold the brand’s reputation for exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer feedback and reviews, identify trends and areas for improvement, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement enhancements to the online shopping experience.

  • Conduct daily physical inventory counts and audits to verify accuracy of inventory records.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory counts and computerized records.
  • Implement measures to prevent shrinkage, theft, and damage to inventory.
  • Inventory audit MUST be done every Monday and a report on the Inventory must be sent at the end of each Inventory activity every Monday.
  • Analyse sales reports and inventory data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Generate reports on inventory turnover, stock levels, and sales performance for management review.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing product assortments and inventory allocation.
  • Provide reports as required.

Requirements

We are looking to hire an Executive Assistant for our client, a luxury fashion brand in Lagos.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, while prioritizing conflicting demands and ensuring timely reminders.

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO, including screening calls, managing emails, and drafting correspondence.

Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements for the CEO, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and creating detailed itineraries.

Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations for meetings attended by the CEO, and ensure follow-up actions are documented and completed.

Maintain and organize important documents, contracts, and confidential files, ensuring they are easily accessible and up to date.

Assist the CEO in overseeing various projects and initiatives, including tracking progress, coordinating deadlines, and liaising with team members to ensure objectives are met.

Plan and execute special events and client meetings, including coordinating logistics, guest lists, and catering arrangements.

Conduct research where necessary, to provide the CEO with relevant information for strategic decision-making.

Assist in managing expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.

Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality, always maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Provide additional support and assistance to the CEO as needed, including personal tasks and errands.

  • Access to an Official Phone. A telephone allowance of ₦5,000 will be given monthly.

  • Loan application upon the completion of 12 months of full-time employment.
  • The working hours are 10.00am – 6.00pm (Monday – Friday)
