Job Details
- Perform preventive or break down maintenance and repair in a safe, manner in line with Evans TPM standard procedures.
- Perform basic inspections required on machine routinely
- Install and /or replaces new or reconditioned repair part.
- Perform basic trouble shooting on mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic system.
- Keeping up to date inventing of mechanical spare.
- Cleaning and lubricating gears, shaft, bearings and other machinery part and documenting all operations.
- Assisting in overall improvement programme of all company.
- Regulating downtime by enlightening production staff on standard preventive maintenance methods and monitoring thein compliance.
- Any other job deemed fit by management.
