Job Description:

Lagos Fashion Festival is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Officer to join our team. As the Sales & Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our brand across multiple platforms, including Exhibition, Runway events, and E-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet sales targets for the Exhibition, Runway shows, and E-commerce platform.
• Promotional Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote our events and products, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and partnerships with influencers and media outlets.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences to inform marketing and sales strategies.
• Event Coordination: Coordinate with the events team to ensure successful planning and execution of exhibitions and runway shows, including logistics, participant coordination, and promotional activities.
• E-commerce Management: Manage the E-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing strategies, promotional offers, and customer support.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, marketing activities, and customer feedback to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing roles.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
