Responsibilities

• The Chief Strategy Officer will play a vital role in driving the company’s growth and success. She/He will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing strategic initiatives and long-term planning.
• Working closely with the executive team, he/she will identify exciting opportunities for growth, analyze market trends, and shape the overall strategy of the Group.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and enhance profitability.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to create a comprehensive plan for transforming the organization’s structure and processes and ensure its successful implementation.
• Analyze and evaluate the company’s performance, comparing it with both internal and external benchmarks, to provide insights for strategy development and performance enhancement.
• Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitive landscape to identify emerging threats and opportunities.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and execute strategic plans across the organization.
• Provide guidance and strategic direction to business units, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and industry experts to stay abreast of market trends and best practices.
• Lead and manage a team of strategy professionals, providing guidance and support to drive results.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards in all strategic initiatives.
• Stay informed about industry developments and changes in the competitive landscape.
• Lead M&A/divestiture transactions

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years experience in strategic planning, business development, and corporate strategy within an international corporation
• Prior experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Chief Strategy Officer or similar, is highly desirable.
• Must have experience in Manufacturing / FMCG or any similar industry.
