Job Responsibilities

• Deepening knowledge and expertise in design principles, methodologies, and tools, demonstrating a higher level of design proficiency and skill in creating exceptional user experiences.
• Ability to contribute to the overall product strategy, collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives and user needs.
• Proficiency in conducting user research, synthesizing data, and translating insights into actionable design recommendations, effectively advocating for user-centered design decisions.
• Skilled in crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences through information architecture, interaction design, prototyping, and visual design, consistently delivering high-quality designs.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, effectively communicating design ideas, influencing stakeholders, and guiding junior designers to achieve project goals.
• Contribution to the development and maintenance of design systems, pattern libraries, and component libraries, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and scalability across products and teams.
• Ability to leverage user feedback, analytics, and A/B testing to inform and iterate on design decisions, continuously improving product experiences based on data-driven insights.
• Proficiency in managing design projects, setting priorities, estimating timelines, and coordinating with stakeholders, demonstrating effective project planning and delivery.
• Willingness to mentor and support junior designers, fostering their growth and development, and actively contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Engagement with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices, applying innovative and forward-thinking approaches to your design work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 -10 years experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role.
